LAYAWAY

 

To take advantage of  Ellante’s layaway program, please select your merchandise and add items to your cart. Upon checkout put in the coupon code box: LAYAWAY and 75% of your total will be deducted. Full shipping and any applicable taxes will be added to the 25% down, and will be included in your total.

Layaway Criteria

• All orders of $100 or more before shipping are eligible.

Layaway Charges

• A NON-refundable service fee of $5 will be added to all layaway orders.

 

• 25% Down to reserve your merchandise

 A Layaway Sales Receipt will be emailed to the buyer, which will include:

• Description of the merchandise purchased
• Total price of the purchase, including layaway service charge, shipping and applicable taxes.
• The minimum amount of each payment and due date.

Reminder Invoices will be emailed & mailed out every 30 days to the buyer to schedule payment due.

Payment schedule is as follows:

25% Due to reserve your merchandise

25% Due 30 days after the order date

25% Due 60 days after the order date

25% Final payment due 120 days after the order date

 

Please Note:  It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he/she is able to receive emails from Ellante and to update any email address changes with Ellante.  

 Layaway Payment

• We will accept payments via Paypal.
• Invoices will be emailed and mailed out every 30 days until layaway payment is paid in full.
• If a payment is more than 30 days late, the layaway order will be cancelled and any remaining funds paid, minus the $5.00 service fee will be refunded to the buyer.
• If at the end of 120 days the layaway remains unpaid, the balance less a $5 service fee will be refunded to the buyer.

 

• Residents of California will be charged sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders outside of the state of California.

Layaway Cancellation and Refund Policy

• There is a $10.00 cancellation fee if you cancel layaway order.
• Ellante will refund all money buyer has paid, less a cancellation charge of $10.00.

 

Layaway Availability of Merchandise & Delivery

• Merchandise must be ordered.  If you are buying merchandise on Layaway, we will order your layaway item when you have paid half of the purchase price.
• Personalization on items will not begin on your order until paid in full.
• Please keep this in mind when planning your dates. You must allow 2-3 weeks from the time of final payoff of your layaway balance until delivery of items.
